JUDGES TO PERFORM ON DON'T STOP BELIEVING
Written by Serena on 21 Aug 2010 Blue boy Duncan James, 32, singer Anastacia, 41, West End star Tamzin Outhwaite, 39, and choreographer Chucky Klapow, 30, will be forced to leave their seats and sing the song by Journey that the show is named after.
The song Don’t Stop Believin’, originally released in 1982, failed to reach the UK charts until last year’s X Factor winner Joe McElderry, 19, sang it on one of the live shows. It later became a smash hit for the cast of Glee.
The Channel Five show, hosted by Spice Girl Emma Bunton, 34, was launched last month in a bid to find the UK’s best song and dance group. The hit series climaxes tomorrow at 5.30pm.
Six acts – True DynaMix, Dale Diva, Singer Station, The Songtimers, Swish and Three Spires – will compete in the final.
The prize is the chance to record their own album, which will be available for download.
