| SKIVE FESTIVAL 2010 |

Yesterday afternoon, we could
tell that Skive Festival (2-5 June 2010) had another international name
in the bag as well, and that the name would be revealed today. Here on
Gaffa.dk, we guessed Katie Melua, and our readers have guessed
everything from Johnny Madsen to Robbie Williams, but it would have been
the American singing sensation Anastacia. Now Skive festival has had
to remove her from the poster, even before she was put on it. The reason, according to a message on the festival's Facebook page, is that the singer's management cannot figure out how to read a calendar correctly. They've booked Anastacia to play a concert in the U.S, the same Saturday she should have been on stage in Skive, and it is obviously rather difficult to achieve both. Now the organizers are asking festival's goers to come up with a new act. Lets just hope that the new act do not have a concert on the other side of the pond on that Saturday. source: Gaffa.dk |
